Tags Automatically Added by Ylopo
What are tags?
When you view the profile of a Ylopo lead within your CRM, you will notice the lead has tags. Ylopo will utilize the tag section with its own Ylopo tags to provide insight into where the leads originated, registration responses, and how they're engaging with your Ylopo sites and tools, including AI engagement.
In some CRMs, tags can also be added by agents to trigger an event in Ylopo like our mass lead import tags which are used during the mass lead import process, or the BAD_NUMBER tag, which when added by an agent, marks the users number as bad in Ylopo Stars and requests the user to add a new number when they return to your home search site.
In this article, we will explain how you can use Ylopo tags, what they mean and what they can do for your CRM workflow.
Below is an example of where to locate tags in a lead profile in the Follow Up Boss CRM.
A few examples of important Ylopo tags include:
YPRIORITY: A lead that has completed some action that indicates high home search activity and/or a request for more information. This tag will also trigger a priority lead alert.
HANDRAISER: A lead who has requested information or a showing for the listing on your home search site. When existing leads clicked on the "Ask a question" and for newly-added leads that registered through the form
AI_NEEDS_FOLLOW_UP: The lead has replied expressing high intent resulting from a conversation with AI text and requires follow up from an agent.
How do I use tags?
Saved Filters/Smartlists: Use CRM tags to filter through your database based on important lead activity, lead sources, demographics, etc. to help build out saved filters/smartlists. These saved filters can be used as a workflow for you or your team to prospect or follow up on.
Getting started with Ylopo, we suggest implementing saved filters/smartlists that include important Ylopo tags. Our introductory recommended smartlists include the important actionable Ylopo tags:

SELLER_REPORT_ENGAGED: Engaged with a CTA or interactive section on the Seller Report
call_now=yes: Direct Connect leads who answered they want a call within the hour they were sent to your CRM
Smartlist example: In our recommended smartlists, Smartlists #2. Important and #3. AI Text Replies, include filtering for Ylopo tags to help find high-level activity and AI engagement for agents to follow up on.
The filters you choose to use should filter for tags based on important actions, responses, and lead sources you want to find, and additional important filters like "last communication", and "stage." This will greatly increase your work efficiency.
Automations: Use CRM automations incorporating Ylopo tags to automatically start action plans, reassign an agent/pond, and/or add a note to an existing lead profile based on a trigger (like a Ylopo tag), and optional conditions. Refer to your CRM help center for more on utilizing automations.
Example: If you come across someone with a bad number or wrong number, use an automation to easily follow up with the lead via email and trigger Ylopo's bad number tool.
Automation example: Wrong number automation in Follow Up Boss: When the tag "BAD_PHONE" or "BAD_NUMBER" is added to a contact's profile, it starts the wrong number action plan for that contact.

For Ylopo, when the BAD_NUMBER or BAD_PHONE tag is applied, it makes it so that the next time the lead goes to your home search site, they will not be able to look at listings until they enter a phone number. See more Tags Agents Can Add to Leads.

Below is a list of tags Ylopo will automatically add to profiles in your CRM based off lead activity, advertising, AI engagement, and more. These tags are automatically added by Ylopo and do NOT need to be added by an agent. Click on a tag type to be taken to that section on this page.
Source/Advertising Tags: Which lead source or Ylopo site the lead originated from
- YLOPO_ADWORDS - Indicates a lead that registered on a Ylopo Google ad
- YLOPO_FACEBOOK - Indicates a lead that registered on a Ylopo Facebook ad
- YLOPO_LSA - Indicates a lead that called through your Google LSA ad
- YLOPO_ORGANIC - Indicates a lead that registered directly through your Ylopo website
- CUS - Custom Ad (discussed between you and our marketing team)

LISTING_ALERT_SUNSET - The listing alert has been sunsetted due to inactivity from the lead with the alert
AI Text Tags: Tags based on how agents should engage with a lead based on their text responses to Automated ISA texts.
- AI_NEEDS_FOLLOW_UP - The lead has replied expressing higher intent which could include:
- Wanting an appointment
- Asking for a phone call
- The timeframe is under three months
- Asking a specific property question
- Asking about the agent's commission
- Mentioning loan approval or not working with a lender yet
- Requires help with a question outside of AI's scope
- AI_ENGAGED - Has begun engaging with texts
- AI_NOT_INTERESTED - The lead has replied with a negative sentiment to the text and has automatically opted out of further communication
- AI_OPT_OUT- When a lead responds unfavorably to Automated ISA (Ylopo AI) using any language to stop we will automatically opt the lead out of all future texting
Seller Report Engagement Tags: Activities that a lead may perform on a seller report.
- Y_SELLER_REPORT_VIEWED - Opened the seller report
Y_SELLER_REPORT_ENGAGED - Engaged with a CTA (call to action) or interactive section on the Seller Report - Y_SELLER_3_VIEW - Returned more than 3 times in a week for Seller Report

- YLOPO_DIRECT_CONNECT_FB - this tag is applied to all Direct Connect leads generated on Facebook.
- YLOPO_DIRECT_CONNECT_PPC - this tag is applied to all Direct Connect leads generated through Google PPC.
- call_for_preapproval=yes - Wants preapproval call
- second_opinion_preapproval=yes - Preapproved but wants a second opinion on their rate
- cash_buyer=yes - Said they are buying in cash
- timeline=within 90 days - Purchase timeline is within 90 days

AI Voice Call Dispositions: The outcome of a call attempt or phone conversation with an AI Voice lead is referenced as a Call Disposition. A quality lead is considered to have any of the following dispositions. These call outcomes generate CRM tags. - ISA_TRANSFER_SUCCESSFUL - Leads who have successfully transferred to an agent.
- AI_VOICE_NEEDS_FOLLOW_UP - Leads who expressed high intent which requires follow up from from an agent. This includes:
- ISA_TRANSFER_UNSUCCESSFUL - Leads we have attempted to transfer but disconnected while while waiting on hold.
- ISA_ATTEMPTED_TRANSFER_REALTOR_UNAVAILABLE - Leads we have attempted to transfer but no realtor picked up.
- ISA_ATTEMPTED_TRANSFER - We attempted a transfer, but a failure occurred during the process
- NON_ENGLISH_SPEAKER - The lead does not speak English. Most commonly requires a Spanish speaking agent to follow up.
- NURTURE - Leads who have an interest in buying/selling in the future but not ready to talk with an agent right now.
- CALLBACK_SCHEDULED - Leads that requested to be called back at a specific date/time. Our call center will follow up with the leads to deliver transfers.
Once Ylopo reaches any of the above call dispositions (except for CALLBACK_SCHEDULED), our call center will hand the lead off to you and will end interactions with that lead.
Aside from the above call dispositions, here are the other possible call outcomes you will see on the AI Voice leads:
- GHOST_CALL - There is no one on the other line.
- DO_NOT_CALL - The lead wants to be removed from the list.
- BUSY or BUSY_LINE - System disposition (not added by AI). IVR (Interactive Voice Response)/Number no longer in service, Number unreachable.
- BUSY_TONE - We reached a busy tone on the line
- VOICEMAIL - Reached voicemail and didn't leave a message.
- NO_ANSWER and NO_ANSWER_OUTBOUND - The line keeps ringing/the line dropped after one or a few rings (No Caller Interaction)/The line stayed quiet until the call dropped/static noise.
- DECLINED_BY_REALTOR - When the realtor declines for the following reason: Realtor does not provide the service needed (out-of-scope).
- HUNG_UP - The caller disconnected purposefully during the call
- HANGUP - System disposition (not added by AI). This disposition is used by the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and is also used when the line hangs up and the system receives a message.
- CALLER_DISCONNECTED - System disposition (not added by AI). The caller hung up while waiting in the call queue. Typically seen when the caller disconnects during the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) process, or when listening to a prompt.
- DISCONNECTED_NUMBER -The number is no longer in service
- WRONG_NUMBER - No real estate needs. There could be somebody using their number. (IVR, wrong number, accidental dial, not in service).
- NOT_INTERESTED - The lead signed up but they are no longer interested. No interest and does not want a callback. Changed their mind. Already has a realtor. Rental calls - No need to ask if they are looking to buy.
- LEAD_UNAVAILABLE - Leads that answered the call but wasn't available to talk and asked us to call them back later. (We have not qualified them yet.). Or the person who picked up the call was not the lead but a family or friend of theirs. (AI Voice will try to reach them at a different time.)
- ABANDON - System disposition (not added by AI). This is when there are no available agents. ("Its super rare"). Not a final disposition; that is not final, the next call in the cadence will continue.
- FAX - System disposition (not added by AI). Called party was identified as a fax machine.
- OPERATOR_INTERCEPT - System disposition (not added by AI). Due to invalid, unknown, or unidentified number or other operator blocking services.
- NO_DISPOSITION or UNKNOWN - System disposition (not added by AI). Default disposition used when disposition could not be determined.
- DIAL_ERROR - System disposition (not added by AI). Attempt to dial number failed. A specific form of a system error.
- SENT_TO_VOICEMAIL - System disposition (not added by AI). Caller was directed to the virtual call center voicemail.
- AGENT_ERROR - System disposition (Not added by AI). It is where the call center system had a technical error so it's a system disposition. Call center agents system session is ended before a call is completed. This occurs when the agent is disconnected from the system during a call.
To track whether a lead has started and ended on AI Voice, use the following tags:
- YLOPO_AI_VOICE (previously called RAIYA_VOICE) - will get appended when a lead is eligible for AV
- YLOPO_AI_VOICE_COMPLETED - will get appended when a lead is no longer being called by AV (AI Voice) either because they reached a final disposition or completed 14 calls.
Tags Agents can add to leads
Most tags are auto-populated by Ylopo, but some you can manually add to the lead like the tag "BAD_NUMBER" or "BAD_PHONE." By adding one of these tags it triggers Ylopo's bad number tool and will make it so that the next time the lead goes to your home search site, they will not be able to look at listings until they enter a phone number.
Agent tags: These are tags you can add to a lead to affect a feature from their Stars profile.
- NOTEXT or NO_TEXT- If you add this tag to a lead, the lead will not receive any behavioral texts or AI texts for as long as that tag is applied. If you remove the tag, the lead will be eligible to receive texts again.

NO_EMAIL - If you add this tag to a lead, the lead will not receive any search alerts for as long as that tag is applied. If you remove the tag, the lead will be eligible to receive alerts again.

NO_MARKETING - Applying this tag stops all texting AND search alerts. It is a combination of the NO_TEXT and NO_EMAIL tag- If you remove the tag, the lead will be eligible to receive texts and alerts again
- BAD_NUMBER / BAD_PHONE - Adding one of these tags to a lead will make it so that the next time the lead goes to your home search site, they will not be able to look at listings until they enter a phone number
Mass Lead Import Tags - When completing your Mass Lead import into Stars, you may choose to complete your import via tags using one of tags below. This tag will help Ylopo identify the leads you want to import into Stars and help determine what is sent or is not sent upon importing. All leads imported into Stars are eligible for remarketing.
- Y_IMPORT_RETARGETING - This means the lead will get NO initial listing alert, just the Ylopo remarketing dynamic targeted ads on Facebook.
- Y_IMPORT - Sends the lead an initial listing alert email. This tag allows you to use property inquiries (where available) to set up search criteria. The default search criteria will be used as a fallback for leads without inquiry events in the CRM
- Y_IMPORT_WITH_DEFAULT_SEARCH - Sends the lead both the initial listing alert, but only uses the default search criteria that you provide.
Notes: Please be sure to only tag the leads you would like to import using only 1 of the tags above per lead. To import older leads, please reach out to us so that we may initiate the import on our end. We recommend working closely with your Implementation Specialist or Client Success Manager to make sure the leads are imported correctly. In FUB, Adding an Import tag to a lead less than 48 hours will automatically import the lead into stars, after 48 hours the lead does not automatically get imported.
