Troubleshooting the Home Search Site for Leads

If your lead is having trouble logging into your home search website, there are a few easy ways to troubleshoot the issue!

1. Try pushing a listing to them from Ylopo Stars! If they click on any listing from this alert, they will be automatically logged into the site from that device. Instructions for Push Listings

2. Send them their username and password. This is always the email address and the phone number they provided when they registered (the phone number should be numbers only, no parentheses or dashes). 

3. Ask them to click on a listing from their last scheduled alert. Like a Push Listing, this will automatically log them into the site.

4. Contact [e-mail] if your lead is still having trouble and these steps aren't helping!
