AI Voice works your eligible Ylopo generated leads by calling them over a 90 day period. After every call attempt, AI Voice will determine what the outcome of the call was and let you know by sending Disposition / Tag to the lead record in your Follow Up Boss CRM.
Below you will find 2 tables:
- Table 1 - Shows Call Dispositions / Tags that allow for continuing the call cadence.
- Table 2 - Shows Call Dispositions / Tags that do NOT allow for continuing the call cadence so agents should own these leads.

If we get any of the following call dispositions/tags, AI Voice will continue to call the leads through the 90 day nurture cycle:

- Leads that consented to be transferred to a realtor but requested to be called back at a specific date/time. (Our call center will follow up with the leads to deliver transfers.)

- This is when there are no available agents. ("Its super rare")
- Not a final disposition; that is not final, the next call in the cadence will continue.

- The caller hung up while waiting in the call queue.
- Typically seen when the caller disconnects during the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) process, or when listening to a prompt.

HANGUP |
- System disposition (Not added by AI)
- This disposition is used by the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and is also used when the line hangs up and the system receives a message.

- Due to invalid, unknown, or unidentified number or other operator blocking services.

NO_DISPOSITION |

- Default disposition used when no dispositions are defined for a campaign.

- Attempt to dial number failed.
- A specific form of a system error.

- It is where the call center system had a technical error so it's a system disposition.

- This occurs when the agent is disconnected from the system during a call.

Final Dispositions: If we get any of the following call outcomes, AI Voice will stop calling the leads.

(Ylopo will reassign the lead to the realtor that picked up the transfer. An email notification will also be sent to that realtor.)
