AI Voice is a digital assistant that calls new Ylopo leads, with specific scripts designed for each use case. It is programmed to help uncover a valid real estate need, overcome objections, and redirect the call back into the intent without being too assertive. It also focuses on getting the transfer or scheduled callback, with real-time call strategy modifications, based on lead responses. AI Voice is currently only available on Follow Up Boss CRM.
AI Voice takes the hardest part of the work of lead cultivation when it comes to nurturing leads. It increases opportunities and allows you to save time and it will recognize the agent who took over the call during the transfer, and automatically assign the lead to that agent at the call's completion.
AI Voice calls a lead 14 times over 90 days, with the heaviest outreach occurring in the first 7 days.
Before we dive in...
As a part of the AI Voice setup, Ylopo will configure your FUB inbox number and pond. When you go live with AI Voice, the Ylopo team updates your lead flow rules to send new Ylopo leads to the AI Voice pond.

Please do not change lead flow rules (i.e., removing the AI Voice pond and setting the distribution to a different pond, agent group or specific agent) - this will stop AI Voice from engaging.

Please do not change the AI-Ylopo Call Center number without notifying Ylopo - this will prevent transfers from going through.
- Be sure agents do not claim leads until after they have spoken with a lead and can update the lead's stage. If an agent receives a successful call transfer, the agent will automatically be assigned that lead.
If you need to make any changes, please consult aivoice@ylopo.com first! Making changes to these settings can cause AI Voice to stop working.
How does AI Voice work?
1. When a lead is created from your Ylopo Home Search portal, the note in the lead record will show all the information captured from the registration form:
2. AI Voice will call the lead immediately after registration (in 3 to 5 minutes). The initial AI drip text may also go out to the lead around the same time, independent of AI Voice. If the lead does not pick up the phone, we will continue to call the lead up to 14 times spread across 90 days.
3. If the lead triggers any priority alerts, they will be called by AI Voice within 5 to 8 minutes of the activity. These calls do not count towards the total 14 call attempts over 90 days.
4. For every call, there is a call disposition. Ylopo will log the call on the lead record that shows the call disposition.
The call disposition will also append as a tag to the lead record so you can filter/create Smart Lists easily. You can see a tag named “VOICEMAIL” below
5. When a transfer is attempted, the first realtor to pick up the phone will get the call. Our call center rep will say to your agent, "Hello, I've got a Ylopo transfer on the line..." We only provide the lead's first and last name information to the agent so we can transfer the lead quickly and prevent drop offs.
Quick tip: Agents should answer the phone with their first and last name e.g. "Gabe Cordova" to expedite the transfer. The faster the transfer, the less likely the lead will hang up.
6. Once the call is transferred, a call log will be recorded in FUB. The call recording of the agent and the lead's conversation will be available in FUB.

7. The lead will be assigned to the agent who received the transfer and the agent will receive an email notification containing the lead's registration details.
8. AI Voice will continue to call the lead until they are moved out of the cadence. AI Voice stops calling leads if any of the following conditions are met:
- Lead has been successfully transferred to an agent,
- (In Team configurations) Lead has been removed from the pond by being claimed by an agent,
- Lead has been assigned a final disposition. Refer to this article for more information about AI Voice Call Dispositions.
- Lead has been dialed 14 times over 90 days.
Once any of the above is met, AI Voice will not call the lead anymore even if they trigger priority alerts.
A few tips for working AI Voice Leads:
- The call cadence is front-heavy. Leads are called most frequently in the first 7 days.

Agents can - and should - call leads in the pond but should NOT claim leads until the agent has spoken with the lead and can update the stage. Claiming a lead will remove that lead from the AI Voice call cadence.
