There are two Smart Lists you will see we have applied once you are live with AI Voice:
- AI Voice Needs Follow Up
- AI Voice Callback Scheduled
There are two optional Smart Lists that you can copy onto your account from the FUB Best Practice Lists. Go to People > Manage Lists > Best Practice Lists and look for:
- Leads In The Call Center Cadence
- Leads That Completed The Call Center Cadence

To get these Smart Lists, go to People, find Manage Lists:
Afterwards, click Best Practice Lists:
Look for these two smart lists and then copy them onto your account:
Make sure to check the actual filters to confirm that the right filters are set for your configuration.
