FUB Widget - AI Voice Integration

The Follow-Up Boss (FUB) widget is an application that users can add to the right-side panel of their Lead’s profile pages. This widget provides quick insights into the specific lead’s status within Ylopo AI outreach campaigns. The FUB Widget is available to users through the Embedded Apps integrations menu. Previously the Widget was focused solely on AI Text, with this release, the widget now includes AI Voice details, offering a more comprehensive view of AI-driven interactions with leads.

What does the FUB widget tell you about AI Text?

Is the Lead receiving Ylopo AI Text messages?
The Widget will display one of these:

• “Ylopo AI is texting lead”
  • Texting lead signifies that AI is actively working the lead
• “Ylopo AI is paused”
  • Paused signifies that AI is not actively working the lead

Are Drip and behavioral text messages enabled or disabled?

• Enabled implies that messages are being sent
• Disabled means that messages are not being sent

How to install Ylopo's FUB Widget?

1. Log into your FUB account.

2. Click on the Admin, found along the top menu.

3. Scroll down to Integrations and click on “All Integrations”.

4. Scroll down to the Embedded Apps section and select “Ylopo AI”.

5. Select “Enable” to finish installing.

6. To see the Widget in action, navigate to a Ylopo generated Lead and open the Lead profile. Look for the Widget in the right-hand pane.
