What is the Ylopo Priority Lead System?
When a lead's home search activity really heats up, or the lead reaches out to you for help or more information, we will flag that lead as a "Priority Lead" and send you an immediate message letting you know. These leads will receive the YPRIORITY tag which you can filter by in your CRM.
Here are a few examples of leads who would fall into these categories:
Urgent Priority Lead:
Requests a showing/info on a specific property
Clicks on an Offer, or fills out an Offer form
High Priority Lead
Shares a property with someone else
Views a specific home more than 3 times
Favorites a listing for the first time
Re-engaged leads who respond to our remarketing campaigns for the first time
Medium Priority Lead
Returns to search after a long period of inactivity
Priority Lead Alerts
We will notify you of a Priority Lead via email and text message. We can turn off text message notifications if you like. (Contact support@ylopo.com)
Below are the numbers you'll receive a text message from based on priority.

In your CRM you should be able to create a filtered list to allow you to see all of your Priority leads at once and clear them by completing their associated tasks. For more information see the smart list and filter set up.
These leads will receive the YPRIORITY tag which you can filter by in your CRM.
