What is the Ylopo Priority Notification System?
Ylopo’s priority notification system assesses each one of your lead’s home search behavior to let you know the exact moment you should contact them to build a connection. Our priority lead algorithms continuously score each lead based on their activity, while the system immediately notifies you as soon as they exhibit high-priority home search behavior.
Priority Alerts and YPRIORITY tag
When a lead performs high intent activities on your site or engages with your marketing, we send agents priority alerts that come via text, email and CRM note.
You will receive an email and see a CRM note added to your contact for all priority alerts. However, Ylopo's priority text notifications are now reserved only for high-value opportunities such as:
- Handraisers (all call-to-action events like tour requests on the home search site or cash offer clicks in AVM reports)
- AI engagement via text
- Successful or attempted AI Voice transfers
This update aims to reduce the number of pings you receive, providing you with clearer indicators of which leads require immediate follow-up.
We can disable text message notifications if you like, but saving them in your phone as a contact will make it easy to know which leads to action right away! To stop receiving priority notification texts, please contact support@ylopo.com.
Leads who trigger a priority notification will also receive the YPRIORITY tag on their profile, which you can filter for in your CRM.

Requests a showing/info on a specific property
Clicks on an Offer, or fills out an Offer form

Shares a property with someone else
Views a specific home more than 3 times
Favorites a listing for the first time
Re-engaged leads who respond to our remarketing campaigns for the first time

Returns to search after a long period of inactivity

Filtering for Priority Alerts
In your CRM you should be able to create a filtered list to allow you to see all of your Priority leads at once and clear them by completing their associated tasks. These leads will receive the YPRIORITY tag which you can filter by in your CRM. For more information see the smart list and filter set up.
