HouseCanary

Ylopo added a new AVM vendor HouseCanary to our seller report. HouseCanary is an AVM provider widely used by appraisers and loan officers because they provide the most accurate AVM value on the market.

The goal is to provide multiple source of AVMs to the home seller so they can balance it out and have an discussion with the agent.

With this update, Ylopo will be exposing the name of the vendor - HouseCanary and ATTOM.

If there’s an agent override a.k.a agent-defined value, it will be showing as the 3rd option on top of the seller report with the updated date.

The CTA (Call to action) will automatically change to Request a home price update after 3 months after the updated date.

If both vendors (ATTOM and HouseCanary) don’t provide estimate, there will be an button to allow seller leads to request for an estimation. - This will trigger a priority alert to the agent.

Canada: Currently there’s no AVM vendor that supports Canadian address. For Canadian agents, you have to go to stars and manually enter the value for each report.:

Agents can see all 3 values in Stars lead detail page.

The agent-defined value can be edited in stars, as well as the home details (bed, bath, sqft…)
