With Seller Experience 2.0, you gain access to cutting-edge technology, including an Automated Valuation Model (AVM) report (or a seller report) akin to Zillow's "Zestimate," providing price estimates based on the provided address.
What else included in the Seller Experience 2.0?
- A new /seller landing page.
- Stars update to view the estimated value and a link to the report.
- New Raiya behavioral text based on Seller engagements in the report.
- New seller-focused Priority Alerts.
- New CRM notes and tags.
What are the benefits of the new Seller Experience 2.0? Why are we switching out Homebot?
- To provide better nurturing tools for potential home sellers. With Homebot, we cannot leverage the tools provided by Ylopo like Raiya and priority alerts to work the lead for you and notify you when we see the lead showing high intent.
- With the new Seller Experience 2.0, Ylopo will have full control of modifying the report and provide better support to our clients. For example, in our seller report, we can show individual agent profiles to the lead instead of limiting it to team profiles in Homebot.
- You can import more than 10,000 seller leads.
What will happen during the transition from Homebot to the Seller Experience 2.0?
There is no action needed on your end. You will be notified before we transition your account and once you are onboarded, the seller alert email from Ylopo will no longer provide the link to the Homebot report. See example of a current Homebot-integrated seller alert below:
In the new seller alert, the email will include a link to our Ylopo Seller (AVM) Report, see below.
Leads can still access their existing Homebot report by going directly to the Homebot URL, or going back to the old seller alert emails and accessing from there. There will also be no changes to the existing seller alert logic and frequency options.

Seller Suite
The group of all the features/services Ylopo provides related to seller leads, from lead generation to nurture.
- Lead generation: home value, cash offer, buy/sell.
- Agent tools: Listing marketing presentation, Dyva.
- Seller nurture: Seller Report, email nurture, remarketing, video branding, AI behavioral texting, agent seller microsite (landing page), CRM integration (Tags).
Seller Experience 2.0 / Seller Experience
The entire experience we built for the seller leads, including the /seller landing page, behavioral text, The Seller (AVM) Report, and the Seller Alert Email.
Ylopo Seller Report / AVM report:
The report contains the actual AVM value with many different calls-to-action. This is a direct replacement of the Homebot digest report.
