Transition and Launch
Q: Will the Seller Experience 2.0 support Canadian addresses or leads?
A: Not immediately at launch, but our Product Team is working on making this available to our Canadian clients after launch.
Q: Can I opt out of Seller Experience 2.0 and keep using Homebot?
A: Yes, you can submit a request to our support team to do so. However, Ylopo is planning to cut out Homebot this year (2024). Eventually, all of our clients will be put on our Seller Experience 2.0. We very strongly encourage you to talk to us and let us understand why you want to opt out before converting back to Homebot. (Seller Suite 2.0 Opt Out Form)
Q: Can our agents' leads still get their Homebot report if they prefer Homebot?
A: No, this will be a direct replacement of Homebot. Your leads might still be able to access the Homebot report by going directly to the Homebot report URL if they saved it, but we don't know how long that URL will be alive. However, the new Ylopo seller report should provide way more insights to our client as an “upgrade”.
Q: Can I pay Homebot on my own and integrate it with Ylopo?
A: No. You can pay Homebot to get their service but Ylopo will eventually stop supporting the current integration, as soon as we've transitioned everyone fully to Seller Experience 2.0.

About the Seller Report
Q: What if my lead has multiple properties? Can I create more than one seller alert?
A: Yes, definitely. Follow the instructions in this article to create additional seller alerts.
Q: How can I view my lead's seller report?
A: You can find the link to the seller report in multiple places:
1. Custom field in FUB (a new custom field will be created to specifically house the Seller Report URL)
2. Seller Priority Notes in your CRM
3. Ylopo Stars
Important Notes:
- The link in FUB is lead-facing, so in order to view the report as an agent and not trigger any priority alerts, you need to add the parameter ?agent=t at the end of the URL. Otherwise, your activities may register as the lead's activities. We recommend always accessing the report through Stars instead to avoid this issue.
- The FUB custom field can only accommodate one URL. If a lead has more than one seller report, that field will contain the link to the most recently generated report.
Q: What kind of property address is supported?
A: Most of residential properties should be supported. Commercial, land, and Canadian Property addresses are not.
If a property doesn’t show a valuation, it’s because the modeling doesn’t have sufficient data to come up with an estimated value. However, Ylopo is developing a feature that will allow you to enter an agent-defined value, coming in Q1 2024.
Q: What if I only have zip code data for my lead/s?
A: You can still import them and set up regular seller alerts but the seller alerts will not include a link to a seller report/home valuation. Once you get the full property address, you can update the seller alert in Stars to include the full address, or request a re-import.
