The new Ylopo Seller Report has plenty of information that you can use to jumpstart a conversation with your seller prospects. In this article, we will talk about each section in the report and what you can do with each.
1. Your Estimated Home Value
A computer-modeled price estimate of a property based on the address provided by the lead or agent, Similar to the “Zestimate” number on Zillow.
There is an option to tune the value if the estimate is off. Click the button below the property address and input the new value. When submitted, the assigned agent will receive a priority notification, a note will be added to the lead profile in your CRM, and the tag Y_SELLER_TUNED_HOME_VALUE will be appended to the lead. 2. Home Value Change Over Time
This section has a graph that shows how the value of the home has fluctuated over time.
A Call-to-Action (CTA) button enables your leads to send you a message if they want a conversation around their home value, see below. The assigned agent will receive a priority notification if the lead submits a message through this CTA.
3. Equity Calculator
In this section, you can adjust the levers to find out how much your estimated equity is.

4. Buyer Heatmap
This section is a preview of the information that can be found in the Buyer Heatmap Report. The Buyer Heatmap showcases your website activity, buyer database, and marketing prowess to potential sellers and to help you win more listings.
A CTA button enables your leads to send you a message if they want to schedule a private showing for buyers, see below. The assigned agent will receive a priority notification if the lead submits a message through this CTA. We recommend generating a full Buyer Heatmap Report to use in your conversations.
5. Your Home Details
This section shows the main features of the property such as number of beds and baths, size, year built, etc.
A CTA button enables your leads to submit updates to their home details if any of the data is no longer accurate, see below. The assigned agent will receive a priority notification if the lead submits a message through this CTA.
6. Market Trends
This section provides the market trends data for the property's zip code. They make good springboards for conversation with your potential seller about how favorable the market is based on the real estate activities in the area.
7. Listings in the Area
This section previews some of the active listings in the lead's area, and pending and sold listings if the data is available for display. Clicking on any of the listings will take them to the listing detail page on your home search site.
8. Value Proposition
This section highlights what you can do for your potential seller leads that can helps you stand out from other agents. Ylopo has the tools for you, see Buyer Heatmap and Listing Presentation.
9. Search More Properties
A search widget that lets the viewer browse homes in your home search site when they type in a city, neighborhood, zip code or school.
10. Agent Details
This section displays the agent's name, photo and contact information. Clicking on the phone number will dial the agent while clicking on the email address will open the user's default email client to compose a new message.
