Market Trends Widget Overview

We integrate a Market Trends widget into both your Branded Site and Home Search Site, providing an instant overview of your lead's market trends sourced directly from Altos Research.

For Branded Sites, the trends display widget can be added to the home page and every community page, though the availability of data varies by community.

On the search site, the Market Trends display appears only upon the lead's return via a listing alert, showcasing data specific to the community they're exploring.

This widget offers location-specific insights using information gathered from Altos Research, presenting statistics such as total active listings, market action, index median list price, and price per square foot.

Should you wish to adjust the location displayed on the homepage market trends, just inform us, and we'll make the necessary changes!
