Buyer Presentation Report - User Guide

The Presentation works best on Google Chrome. To use the Presentation, you must have a live Branded Site. To see a video of the below instructions, click this link. 

In addition, please note that the Squarespace user interface undergoes regular updates, and as a result, the appearance of any video or article may differ slightly from the actual user interface. However, the provided instructions will still be applicable and relevant to your Squarespace/Branded Site experience.

Step By Step Instructions

To begin, access the Buyer Presentation Report by adding /buyer-presentation to your Branded Site URL. (Example: https://www.yourdomain.com/buyer-presentation). 

Login using your STARS credentials. (If you do not know your password, please use the "reset" button. If you do not have a STARS login, please email [e-mail] to request credentials.)

Once you have logged in, click the "Add new Buyer Presentation" button. Conversely, below that, you will see all the Presentations that have been created. From here you can Edit, Print, Delete, or Duplicate an existing Presentation.

• Step 1 (Required): Add the buyer's name you'd like to display. This name will be incorporated into the URL below. (To customize the URL, un-check the "Auto" button and edit the text. Your chosen title will be reflected in the Preview Link.") 
  
  
  
• Step 2 (Required): Input the area details, using Min and Max price range, and the MINIMUM Beds & Baths. A Buyer Presentation with location-specific information can be created if your provided area has active listings. We will check to see if your target area has Market Trend data available, but it is not required to create a Presentation. 
  
  PLEASE NOTE: The city field is sensitive to spelling errors, if listings do not populate, make sure the city is spelled correctly. 
  
  
• Step 3 (Optional): Choose your review to add. Both Google and Zillow reviews are available. Type your name/your business name in the Google Search bar and results will begin to show. Click on your profile, and recent reviews will populate.
  
  To import Zillow reviews, toggle to the "Zillow Reviews" button then enter your Zillow Screen ID.
  
  
  You can use a combination of Google and Zillow reviews by checking or un-checking the blue "Import This Review" box next to the specific review, then clicking "Add These Reviews"
  
  
  A tally of how many total reviews you have checked will populate at the top. Only your first 6 reviews chosen will populate on the Presentation for formatting reasons. To change the order, drag and drop reviews into the order you prefer. 
  
  
  
  The target size for a review is 260 characters. If a review is longer than 260 characters, the "Shorten with AI" button and the red box is shown around the review. 
  
  
  To shorten the review, click the "Shorten with AI" button, and a pop-up will show you the original review, and the shortened option. To accept the shortened option, click the "Accept" button. 
  
• Step 4 (Optional): Check "yes" or "no" to include the Industry Changes page which will expand on the recent NAR changes. Check "yes" or "no" to include the article "105 More Ways Agents Who are REALTORS® Are Worth Every Penny Of Their Compensation" from the National Association of REALTORS®. (Note: You can remove/add the pages later in the editing process if needed.)
  
  
  
• Step 5 (Optional): Choose your preferred color theme by clicking the color box and using the color picker function. The default color scheme is chosen based on the existing theme of your Branded Site. 
  

Finally, to create your chosen Presentation, click the green "Create Buyer Presentation Report" button at the bottom of the page.
