Branded Site Single Listing Flyer

Welcome to the Branded Site Single Listing Flyer tool; with this new tool, you and your team can create a landing page for a single listing for any property of your choice using their designated MLS ID.

The flyer is branded to your team and can double as a printed flyer to bring to your listings. To access this page, use your branded tools page or add /single-listing-flyer to the end of your branded site URL example, www.mydomain.com/single-listing-flyer.

Step 1

Select the agent from the list of names available. If the agent's name is unavailable in the drop-down, please have the agent submit an agent profile questionnaire. 

Step 2

Enter the MLS ID.

Step 3 (Optional)

Selecting a lender's name from the drop-down box adds them to the form. Since we already have your lender's details from their onboarding, their information will be auto-populated. If you ARE NOT using a lender, select the "No Lender" option; this section will only display the agent's details. 

Listing status: 

• MLS Status: Display how the MLS has listed the property.
• Just Listed, Reduced, Hot Listing, & Just Sold: Additional options you can select even if this property's status is different.
• Custom: Allows you to enter your personalized listing status.
• None: Will Leave this status blank.

Step 4 (Finalize)

Once you complete all the necessary items from the steps above, create a link and share the flyer with your lead and others through text, email, or even social media. It will look similar to the example flyer below. Remember that your link will be long, so the best practice is to shorten it or create a QR Code. In addition to creating a link and sharing, you can print this page and use it as a flyer to bring to your listings.
