Branded Market Trends Flyer

Your Branded Site has many tools and features you already know and use regularly. This includes the market trends widget on the home and the community page. Now you can use the same great information from market trends in this new tool. Brought to you by the mind of the relator in residence, Gabe Cordova, the interactive Branded Market Trends report is independent of your communities page. Instead of adding all the areas to your communities page to reflect in the data, you can create based on the address, city, or zip code. The report promotes your team's brand by highlighting it at the top with the chosen agent's contact details. If someone clicks back to your site, the lead will be directed to that agent's unique URL and assigned to that agent. Use this report to win listings, leverage market data to set realistic pricing, and get price reductions on those listings that may not be selling. 

One report, with multiple access. To access the tool, go to your branded site and add market /branded-market-trends to the end of your URL.

First Steps 

Step 1 is a drop-down with all the team members to choose from, according to who submitted an agent profile questionnaire. Select your team member. Step 2 enter the address, city, or zip code you are searching.

Select Market Trends Data

The following steps are where you can customize your flyer. First, choose if you want to include the four default tabs. These will reflect in the data in your market trends graph.

Custom Background Image

There are four options to choose from for the background image. This image will appear at the top of your flyer beside your picture and contact information.

First, is the default image provided. 

 

The second choice is to add the Google Map image of the address. Shows a map with a red pin based on the address entered in step 2. We chose this option for our example. 

The third provides the option to add your custom image. There are two ways to add the image. First, you can upload an image through a link source. It is simple, post the link in the box provided. For this example, we used Shutterstock by right-clicking the image to get the link.

Secondly is through a file image upload. So you host the image on your branded site. To do this first log in to your branded sites configuration page. Example: yourdomain.com/config 

Final Step

When done making all the selections above, the final step is selecting how to share your flyer. You can create a link to share the page or print a two-page PDF flyer.

The Flyer

Branded Market Trends allows the agent to send an informational and branded Market Trends flyer to their leads and/or Sellers.

This report can help provide insights into leads that will make you stand out from the competition and create more engagement. You can use the same report in your listing appointments to help paint a picture of what the market is saying the price is and what direction it may be trending.
