Ylopo provides in-depth data about your leads and marketing at your fingertips. In this article, we'll go through each number on your Mission Control Dashboard and what it represents.
Let's start at the top and work our way down.
First, we have the general lead stats.
- Total Leads - The total number of leads that Ylopo has in our database.
- Priority Leads - Leads that have triggered priority events (i.e. Favoriting a listing, saving a listing, frequently returning to the search site) within the last 30 days.
- Engaged Leads - Leads that have either been generated or have done something related to the home search website within the last 30 days.
- Handraisers - Leads who have shared a listing, saved a listing, requested info or showing request on a home within the last 30 days.
Next we have the Marketing Snapshot.
- Total Spent - The total amount of your marketing budget that we have spent in the last 30 days. The percentage in the middle of the circle reflects the percentage of your total budget for the month that's been spent to date.
- PPC Budget Remaining - Your total Adwords Pay Per Click budget remaining for the month (total budget minus total spend). The percentage reflects the total monthly new Adwords buyer and seller acquisition budget spent month to date.
- Social Buyer Leads Budget - Your total Facebook buyer marketing budget remaining for the month (total budget minus total spend). The percentage reflects the total monthly new lead acquisition budget spent to date.
- Social Seller Leads Budget - Your total Facebook seller marketing budget remaining for the month. The percentage reflects the total monthly new seller lead budget spent to date.
- Remarketing Budget Remaining - Your total remarketing budget remaining for the month. The percentage reflects the total monthly remarketing budget spent to date.
- Generated Leads - The total number of leads generated within this month.
- Distributed Leads - The total number of leads distributed to your CRM within this month.
- Avg. Cost Per Distributed Lead - The average cost per distributed lead for this month (total PPC + Facebook new leads spend / total distributed leads).
After that, you'll see the Brand Awareness Snapshot.
- People who saw your brand - The total impressions generated from all advertising on Facebook within the last 30 days.
- People we've captured for remarketing - The total number of leads Ylopo has generated in the last 180 days to whom we are remarketing.
- People we're engaging on Listing Alerts - The total leads in your Ylopo database within the last 30 days that are eligible to receive Listing Alerts from Ylopo.
- People who have liked your page - The total number of likes within the last 30 days on all your Facebook ads and the Facebook page that is associated with you.
- Leads being Nurtured in your Ylopo Cauldron - The total number of undistributed leads for your account who are still receiving listing alerts and texts. Click here for more detailed information about Generated Leads, Distributed Leads, and your Ylopo Cauldron.
Finally, we have the Agent Accountability Snapshot.
- Leads Sent Push Listings - The total amount of leads in the last 30 days who have been sent a push listing (either via email or text) / the total amount of leads generated, expressed as a percentage.
- Leads w/ Agent Defined Listing Alerts - The total amount of leads in the last 30 days who have agent-defined Listing Alerts (as opposed to only Dynamic Listing Alerts) / the total amount of leads generated, expressed as a percentage.
- Leads Contacted - The total amount of leads in the last 30 days who have been called, emailed, or user texted (not counting the first automated text that gets sent) / the total amount of leads generated, expressed as a percentage.
- Priority Lead Follow Ups - The total amount of Priority Leads within the last 30 days that have been marked as contacted via link click, tag, or task completion / the total amount of Priority Leads in the last 30 days, expressed as a percentage.
