For clients who have activated Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising, we have introduced new enhancements to Mission Control to give you more visibility and control!
At the top of your Mission Control dashboard, there is now a PPC budget circle (see graphic below, left side) where you can see the total budget allocated towards PPC buyer and seller campaigns, as well as the total budget remaining.
The average Cost per Distributed Lead (graphic below, right side) reflects an aggregate Cost per Lead for both Adwords and Facebook buyer and seller leads.
Detailed PPC Performance
When you scroll to your current campaigns area, you can see the Adwords performance for both Buyer and Seller campaigns (if you are running both buyer and seller campaigns) in the Marketing section below:
In the Campaign Type column (just under the arrow in the graphic above), you’ll see either Buyer or Seller campaign type and the corresponding spend, clicks, generated leads, distributed leads, and Cost Per Lead in the columns to the right of it.
You will see one (1) campaign type for each campaign we are running for you. In the example above, we have three different buyer campaigns and one seller campaign because of the different types of geographic targeting we are running.
Here is an example of the locally targeted buyer campaign:
Top 5 Locations (Buyer Campaign)
If you click on the plus (+) sign next to a buyer campaign, you will see the top 5 locations in order of largest to smallest spend for that period of time. These locations represent the areas home buyers are searching for.
The current time defaults to “This Month”. You will be able to see the corresponding spend and generated leads. The remaining locations outside of the top 5 are grouped into “Other Locations”.
Note: A seller campaign does not display any location breakdown because seller leads tend to search for more general keywords like "what's my home worth" and they do not include location in the keyword. However, we are still targeting the seller ads to your desired geographic location.
Different Buyer Campaign Types - Geotargeting
Depending on your account setup, you may also have other buyer campaigns that target the entire country (especially for relocation friendly markets) as well as buyer campaigns that target the relevant county keyword.
