Ylopo Lead Filtration

In Ylopo Mission Control, you're able to select your Lead Filtration level to help you save time working leads with higher buyer intent! We won't distribute certain leads based on their registration information. Here's a breakdown of what you can expect at each level:

We still exclude invalid email addresses and obviously invalid or incomplete phone numbers. For example, a 555 number will be excluded, or one with only 8 digits.

Filters on the same criteria as above, but also leads that choose "Only Looking to Rent" when registering on Facebook.

Filters on all the Low criteria, and filters out leads who select a timeframe of 12+ months out and select "Have Qualification Issues" when registering on Facebook. All leads must view at least 2 homes on your search site.

Filters on all the criteria for Standard filtration, and leads that select either a timeframe of 12+ months out without viewing at least 5 homes, or any qualification response when registering on Facebook.

Note: Leads we filter out initially can be distributed later if they raise their hands by requesting a showing or home information on your search site!
