Listing Alert Statuses in Ylopo Stars

Within a users Stars profile you may see listing alert statuses such as active, unsubscribed and sunsetted. Below we explain the difference between these statuses.

Active - The listing alert is actively being sent to the lead.
- The search also appears as a saved search on the home search site.

Unsubscribed - When a lead has clicked Unsubscribe on a listing alert, the status will switch to Unsubscribed and that alert will no longer be sent.
- The saved search from an unsubscribed listing alert will still appear on the users home search site, but will not receive listing alerts for that search.

Sunsetted - Any daily listing alerts begin being sent out once per day for 14 days. If the lead does not open any of those emails or click any of the links, the alerts will be switched to weekly. If after 8 weeks the lead still has not unopened or clicked anything, the listing alert will sunset (discontinue) to preserve your email deliverability rating.
If you edit a sunsetted search, it will quickly revert back to sunsetted status, so we recommend creating a new one.
- The listing alert link will still function for sunsetted listing alerts but will not affect the sunsetted listing alert status.
- The search on the home search site will still appear on the site for sunsetted listing alerts, but as unsubscribed from updates. You may delete the sunsetted listing alert from their Stars profile if you do not want it to appear as a search for a lead on the home search site.
- Best practice is to click on the "New Search and Listing Alerts" icon and create a new search for that lead that will begin sending out fresh listing alerts. This will also create a new listing alert link.
