Ylopo Listing Alerts may have different qualities depending on what kind of status they have. In this short video, Account Manager Ryan Hammond goes through the different kinds of statuses a Listing Alert may have and what each one means.
A written description of each status is also provided below.
Dynamic VS. Agent Defined VS. Sunsetted VS. Unsubscribed
Dynamic VS. Agent Defined VS. Sunsetted VS. Unsubscribed
- Dynamic - We take the listing the lead was looking at when they registered along with whatever other homes they viewed on the website, and we create an active listing alert based off of those criteria. Then the listing alert continually updates according to what the lead looks at when they revisit the site.
- A Dynamic Listing Alert will have a heartbeat icon next to the "Active" status
- Once you edit a Dynamic Alert, that alert will no longer be dynamic but Agent Defined.
- A Dynamic Listing Alert will have a heartbeat icon next to the "Active" status
- Agent Defined - This is an active listing alert that you (the agent) have edited when you know what the lead wants, needs, or is qualified for. This allows you to send them exactly what they want to see.
- Once you edit a Dynamic Alert, that alert will become Agent Defined (the heartbeat icon will also go away).
- Any newly created search will prompt Agent Defined listing alerts.
- Once you edit a Dynamic Alert, that alert will become Agent Defined (the heartbeat icon will also go away).
- Unsubscribed - When a lead has clicked Unsubscribe on a listing alert, the status will switch to Unsubscribed and that alert will no longer be sent.
- Sunsetted - Any daily listing alerts begin being sent out once per day for 14 days. If the lead does not open any of those emails or click any of the links, the alerts will be switched to weekly. If after 8 weeks the lead still has not unopened or clicked anything, the listing alert will sunset (discontinue) in order to preserve your email deliverability rating.
- If you edit a sunsetted search, it will quickly revert back to sunsetted status, so we don't recommend doing so.
- Instead, simply click the "New Search and Listing Alerts" icon and create a new search for that lead that will begin sending out fresh listing alerts.
