In order to maintain the highest email deliverability and IP reputation, Ylopo will actively sunset listing alerts based on certain conditions.
Refer to the table below for the sunsetting rules based on leads not opening or engaging with listing alerts:
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I THINK A LEAD SHOULD BE UN-SUNSETTED?
If you believe a lead has been sunsetted in error, please use this form to report the issue: https://ylopo.formstack.com/forms/report_a_wrongly_sunsetted_lead
WHY DO IMPORT LEADS HAVE DIFFERENT SUNSETTING RULES THAN YLOPO LEADS?
For every Ylopo lead generated, we verify their phone and email address, and we ask for consent to text and call them on the lead capture form. Import leads could be sourced from anywhere and Ylopo did not capture explicit consent. Also, import leads could be leads that’s been sitting in the CRM for years. Whereas Ylopo leads are newly generated and followed up by nurture pretty quickly; leads would be able to correlate the home search sign up to the follow-up communication. Import leads do not necessarily remember how they got on an email list. This results in a higher likelihood of them marking Ylopo emails as spam.
