DyVA Direct-to-Agent Overview

DyVA Direct-to-Agent allows individual agents to purchase and manage their own Dynamic Video Ad (DyVA) campaigns directly through Ylopo, without requiring broker approval for each campaign.

Who Can Use This
Agents can access DyVA Direct-to-Agent when their Ylopo license holder creates an agent user account within the Ylopo dashboard. This gives agents independent access to launch and manage their own video marketing campaigns.

What You Can Do
With Direct-to-Agent access, you can:
- Launch video ads on your own schedule without intermediary coordination
- Create listing ads (Just Listed, Just Sold), brand awareness campaigns, and 3D tour promotions
- Select templates, set budgets, and launch campaigns in minutes
- Automatically pull MLS listing data and photos to generate professional video ads

Campaign Reports
DyVA generates seller-ready reports that display your marketing performance with clear, visual metrics you can share with clients to demonstrate your marketing reach and impact.
