Creating Custom Ads in Mission Control

If you have an idea for a Custom ad, you can submit it directly through Ylopo Mission Control!  We can create custom ads for examples such as coming soon listings, pending or sold listings, or showcasing a search for similar listings. For example, you can create a custom ad that displays only 2 beds, 2 bath townhomes that are also new construction. We can use photos or videos of the listings featured as well!

Note: You must have permission to advertise any listing used for a custom listing-based ad. This does not apply to dynamic ads.

First, log into Ylopo Mission Control and click on the Marketing tab.

Then, scroll down to the bottom of the marketing page to the section entitled "Have a Custom Ad Idea?". Click on the teal "Get Started" button for any and all custom ads you would like to have created.

After this you will enter information about the property or even you would like to advertise, a short description of the property or event, and then give a link for any images or videos you'd like included in the ad.

Then you will select the basic demographic that you would ideally like to target with your custom ad

Finally let us know where you would like your ad to be shown. Note: facebook uses a system where we drop a pin on a map and our minimum targeting radius is 15 miles.

If you have photos, video, or any other assets we'll need to add to the ad, please send them to [e-mail].

Your ad will be created within 3 business days, and you will receive a notification when it's launched!

You can manage this ad in the Mission Control Marketing Dashboard under the "Current Campaigns" section in the "Custom" tab.

Although copy and photos for each ad will be set to your specifications, the finished ad will appear in a mobile Facebook newsfeed like this:
