Create and Edit a Lead's Listing Alerts and Saved Searches in Stars

Ylopo automatically creates a dynamic Listing Alert search for all new leads, and you can create, view, and edit Listing Alerts and Saved Searches within Stars. 

How to Edit Listing Alerts:

1. Go to the Stars link.
2. Scroll down to Saved Search & Listing Alerts Under Listing Alerts, click "Edit" (rightmost part).
3. Edit name, areas, price ranges, etc.
4. Under Listing Alert Settings, you can enable or disable alerts by ticking/unticking the box.
5. Select frequency (Instant, Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly) after enabling alerts.
6. Select the type of Listing Alert:
   
   • Dynamic Search - search criteria dynamically adjusts based on lead search behavior
   • Agent-Defined Search - search criteria defined by the agent
7. Click Submit and Save
