Details for Completing the Client Information Form:
"Realtor's Name" and "Realtor's Email Address"- this should be the name and email of the agent who will be on the IDX agreement sent to the MLS. That may be you, or someone else on your team.
"Realtor's Email Address (associated with your Facebook account so we can invite you to the private Ylopo Facebook Group)" - We have a private group for Ylopo clients, called the Ylopo Success Community, and we strongly encourage you to join and participate. You are also welcome to invite your team members. When you fill out this field we will send you an invite to the group. You can also follow the instructions to join here.
"Realtor's Mobile Number" - Please make sure this is a number that receives text messages. You will want to use the number of the agent who should receive important updates and notifications from Ylopo.
"Lender Partner's Name", "Lender Partner's Email Address", Lender Partner's Phone Number" - Please provide the details for your Lender Partner, if you have one. If you would like to add a lender at a later date, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
"Which CRM do you use?" - Ylopo will need to connect your CRM to our systems. If you are using a CRM other than Follow Up Boss or LionDesk, go ahead and list it and we may contact you for more details.
"CRM Username (email address)" and "CRM Password" - we will need to directly access your CRM account to set up the integration with Ylopo.
"Lender Partner's Name as it Appears in your CRM (if applicable)" - if you are working with a Lender Partner and they have a user in your account, please list their name as it appears in the CRM. We will use this to assign leads and route notifications to the lender as appropriate.
"IMPORTANT: If you are on LionDesk or Follow Up Boss, we add all users in your CRM account to Ylopo (this includes giving them lead access and creating a profile under the team section of your Branded Site). We will contact your team members separately with setup instructions. If you would like anyone who is a user in your CRM to be EXCLUDED, please list them here" - Please keep in mind that we will automatically add your agents unless you tell us otherwise here. If you need someone removed in the future, contact email@example.com.
"IMPORTANT: If you are using any CRM OTHER than LionDesk or Follow Up Boss, please list the names and email addresses of all team members who should receive access to Ylopo and appear on your team page" - For all other CRMs you will need to specify the names and email addresses of agents you want using Ylopo. In most cases this will include everyone on your team, but you are welcome to limit access.
"MLS Board(s)" - Please list every MLS that you belong to, including real estate boards.
"Brokerage Name", "Brokerage Address", "Principal Broker's Name", and "Principal Broker's Email" - We will need these details to complete your IDX paperwork. Depending on the requirements of the MLS board, we may reach out to your or your Broker for more information.
"CA DRE # (California clients only)" - if you are licenses in California, we will need your CA DRE #.
"Would you like to do a database import? We will follow up by email with steps to complete an import" - This is also referred to as a "Mass Lead Import" and we highly recommend that you take advantage of this resource. It will allow you to bring all of your leads into the Ylopo system for remarketing and AI texting.
"Would you like your new leads from other lead sources to automatically receive daily listing alerts (Auto-Import)? Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, etc. We HIGHLY recommend doing so." - Like a Mass Lead Import, the Auto-Import feature allows you to bring your leads from other sources into the Ylopo system.
"Would you like Ylopo to connect to your existing Facebook Business Page?" - If you have a Facebook Business Page, we generally recommend that you use this for your Ylopo advertising. You can learn more about it here. If you don't have an existing page, Ylopo can create one for you.
"Would you like information about adding the Facebook Messenger chat widget to your Ylopo site?" - The chat widget allows you to use the messenger functionality of Facebook on your Ylopo site. You can learn more about it here.
"In most cases, Ylopo will purchase and configure your domain for you Home Search and Branded Sites. Your domain name cannot be changed later in the setup process. Would you like us to send you options for a Ylopo purchased domain name?" - Ylopo can purchase a domain name for you, or you may use your own. You can learn more about choosing your domain name here.
"Please enter your preferred domain name. It will be used for BOTH your BRANDED AND HOME SEARCH SITES AND CANNOT BE CHANGED LATER" - If you would like Ylopo to purchase a new domain name for you, you can check availability here. A new domain must be available in order for us to purchase it.
"Do you own this domain name? NOTE: If your domain is managed by another vendor, Ylopo CANNOT make changes for you, your vendor must do so." - If you own a domain that you would like Ylopo to use, please indicate that here. Please pay special attention to whether this domain has leads, an email address or content associated with it. If you do not specify this, content may be lost when the domain is transferred to Ylopo. You can learn more about this process here.
"Domain Host (for example, GoDaddy)", "Username", and "Password" - If you own the domain that you will use with Ylopo, you will either need to update the DNS settings yourself or we can make those changes for you. If you would like Ylopo to do it, please provide your domain host login information. You can follow steps to transfer the DNS settings here.
"Do you have an existing Branded Site or profile page? Please list all:" - Ylopo may reference this site to pull relevant information for the site we build.
"Do you have an existing site from Curaytor?" and "Do you have an existing site from Compass?" - Curaytor and Compass clients have the option to have us copy elements of your existing site to your new Ylopo site. Please provide the details so we can reference that site.
"Would you like us to create your Branded Site for a single agent (i.e. just yourself) or include a team page?" - This is simply a matter of your preference and is up to you.
"Do you have current listings?" and "Please list a sample of MLS numbers for your current listings (1-5 is sufficient)" - We use this information to populate your Listing Rocket ads, which you can learn more about here.
"Please list the full name(s) and email address(es) of any agents for whom we can advertise listings, including yourself, or an agent whose permission you've received to advertise listings" - Ylopo can create Listing Rocket ads for any agent, if they have granted you permission. You may wish to do this for a team member, or in the event that you do not have any active listings yourself.
"Do we have permission to advertise listings from your office?" and "If yes, office name as it appears in the MLS" - Ylopo can also create Listing Rocket ads for your whole office. Please indicate whether you would like us to do so, and provide the office name as it appears in the MLS.
Headshot, header logo, footer logo - As noted on the Client Information Form, we will need a high resolution headshot, a header logo (140px high by 400px wide as a .png with a "clear" background", and a footer logo (50px high by 150px wide as a .png with a "clear" background). If you have any difficulty submitting the form, try removing these files and instead email them to firstname.lastname@example.org.
