Heatmap Page

This tool has been designed to give all Ylopo users the ability to showcase your website activity, buyer database, and marketing prowess to potential sellers and to help our users win more listings. Show the client how many buyers you have for their home or your sales activity in a specific market.

This is a newly designed Heatmap page only available in A-Z Studio!

1. Click HEATMAP PAGE, then click “Next Step” to proceed.

2. Fill out the necessary information, then click “Create Presentation.”
   You’ll be prompted to enter details such as:

• Presentation title
• Property address (via Address Search)
• Other relevant information about the property

3. From here, you can customize, save and print
   NOTE: You will notice a green perforated box; it means that part can be edited and photos changed! To make changes, click inside the box and begin to edit the text or upload a new photo.

A new feature enables you to select and upload a Google Street View image of a home. However, some properties, such as those in gated private communities, will not display the Google Street View icon because no imagery is available.

4. After customizing your content, click “Save” at the top of the presentation
   

Where do these Stats come from?



Buyers: The first number comes from a reverse lead lookup count in your database matching the property area. Run a reverse lookup report to find the leads.

Reach: The second number comes from Facebook for the current targeted reach estimate in that area. This number will change based on the area of the property. 

 

These numbers are generated based on your licenses current social ad performance and listings ads ran at this time.
