A-Z Design Studio - User Guide

A-Z Design Studio is Ylopo’s newest robust agent tool available only on the Ylopo Branded Site to agents who have a full setup with your license. This tool is a suite of Marketing materials to create, customize, and print or send virtually. This includes the Buyer Presentation template as well as the newest Listing Presentation Template and newly designed Heat Map page! Additionally, you can pick and choose individual pages to create your own material! 

Individual Buyer Presentation and existing Heatmap links will remain on your Tools page. Any presentation already made there will have to be accessed there for now. New ones should be made in A-Z Design Studio! Old ones can still be accessed in their respective tools.

Getting Started!

1. Where to find A-Z Design Studio?

• Go to your Branded Site tools page
• Once available on your site, you will see Ylopo A-Z Design Studio as an option to open

2. Getting Started

• Select Open A-Z Design Studio

       

• Log in using your Stars credentials
• Select your Team Member Profile and click Next

3. Creating New Presentation 

• On the next screen, you will be able to Create a New Presentation, Conversely, below that, you will see all the Presentations that have been created. From here, you can Edit, Print, Delete, or Duplicate an existing Presentation.

• Click on Create New Presentation

        

4. Dashboard Overview

• On the left, are the different pre-built templates or pages you can choose from. Hover over each option to see a description. The templates section includes Buyer Presentation and the newest Listing Presentation.
• Note: In A-Z Design Studio only is the newly designed Heat Map page!

• After selecting a template you will still have the choice to add or remove pages from it. Additionally you can create your own custom marketing brochure by selecting individual pages to add that you would like.
• Once you have your template or custom set of pages selected on this screen, you can choose to add, remove, or change the order of your pages. (You can also do this later while editing the presentation.)
• Change the order by dragging and dropping each page

              

• When ready, select Next Step in the top right-hand corner to move on!
