Lead Message Inbox and Agent Texting in Stars

When a lead converses with your AI Text assistant and exhibits high intent to buy/sell, you can take over the text chat within the same window in Stars. This is an effective tactic to smoothly hand the lead off from your AI Text assistant to you, the agent.

The details:

The “Lead Message Inbox” in Stars will show all the communication between a lead and AI Text. It also allows you to jump in and text the lead directly from Stars.

Whenever a lead responds to any AI Text, you will receive a priority text message from Ylopo that looks like this:  

Tapping the link takes you to the lead's Stars page and logs you in automatically. If you take over the conversation from the Lead Message Inbox, AI Text will automatically shut off for the conversation you have taken over.  However, the next time the consumer texts back the AI will start again. 

To opt a lead out of future AI Text messages, you can do any of the following:
- Click the "Stop" button on the Agent Toolkit in Stars
- Tag the lead with NO_TEXT in your CRM
- Move the lead to a stage not enabled for AI Texting
