How will Behavioral Texting work across various CRMs?
Follow Up Boss: Each assigned agent and collaborator of a lead will receive a text, an email, and a CRM notification when someone responds via texting. If you want to opt leads out of behavioral texting and AI in bulk, you can do so with a NOTEXT tag.

Sierra Interactive: Behavioral texting will generate a notification in your CRM, and you will receive an email notification from Ylopo with the full-text thread. Currently, you will NOT receive a text notification during the conversation.
CINC: Behavioral texting will generate a notification in your CRM, and you will receive an email notification from Ylopo with the full-text thread. Currently, you will NOT receive a text notification during the conversation.
Boomtown: Behavioral texting will generate a notification in your CRM, and you will receive an email notification from Ylopo with the full-text thread. Currently, you will NOT receive a text notification during the conversation. Boomtown clients will need to request that behavioral texting be turned on, as the integration presents some unique challenges. Therefore, we don’t want to automatically enable this feature for you.
Infusionsoft: Behavioral texting will generate a notification in your CRM, and you will receive an email notification from Ylopo with the full-text thread. Currently, you will NOT receive a text notification during the conversation. Infusionsoft clients will need to request that this feature be turned on, as the integration presents some unique challenges. Therefore, we don’t want to automatically enable this feature for you.
Salesforce / Contactually: Behavioral texting will generate a notification in your CRM, and an email notification from Ylopo with the full-text thread will be sent to only one hard-coded email address (not the agent assigned to the lead). Currently, you will NOT receive a text notification during the conversation.
Other: Due to the limitations of other integrations, the behavioral texting enhancement is currently unavailable to clients on other CRMs.
Can I edit the AI script?
Not yet! In the future, we will build out customizable scripts.
Can I control which questions the AI asks?
Not yet! For now, the AI is attempting to gather key data points such as moving timeframe, location of interest, price range, buying/renting/selling preference, need for financing, and whether they are currently working with an agent.
You can choose, however, to opt out of the AI working with renters. If you'd like to do that, please let us know.
Will the AI repeat the same questions if the lead engages in the future?
The primary function of the AI is to generate answers to the aforementioned qualifying questions. If, for instance, a lead has already provided a location of interest, we will NOT ask that question again. If, however, a lead has not answered a specific question, the AI will attempt to gather that information with an alternate form of the original question. To gather location data, for example, it may ask a different question and then end the sentence with, and what location are you looking in?
Can I turn off AI for my account?
Yes! You have the option of keeping behavioral texting on, but turning off the AI feature. Fill out the form in our Ylopo Support Center: Submit Request to Cancel Texting
Can I turn off AI for a single agent or a select few agents on my team?
Yes, you have the ability to control which agents can use automated texting. We can blacklist or whitelist certain agents for you, just email support@ylopo.com for these requests.
Can we activate behavioral texting on one lead source, but not all leads?
Yes. We can blacklist lead sources for all full two-way integrated CRMs. Please contact your CSM or support@ylopo.com to set it up.
