Creating Saved Filters in Lofty

Lofty (formerly Chime) uses saved filters. To create these, first filter by the parameters you want. If you are setting up the YPRIORITY, HANDRAISER, or AI_NEEDS_FOLLOW_UP filters, you will go to Tags and select: “include” “one of” then the tag you are looking to create for the filter. If adding a filter with multiple items, select “all” from the drop-down. After selecting the parameters to filter by, scroll up to Filter. You will notice it is now bolded with a number. This represents how many filters you added to the current view.

Filtered views can be saved for use again in the future. These are under Saved Filters for easy selection.

Under filter, select Save Filter. Here you will create the name of the filter and can confirm your selection.​

Ylopo best practice is to add the following tags:

HANDRAISER, YPRIORITY, AI_NEEDS_FOLLOW_UP, AI_ENDAGED, AI_NOT_INTERESTED
