Locating Stars in Lofty

Once you select the lead’s name in Lofty, it pulls the full individual leads record. All Ylopo tags are viewable on the left side in the details. So is the Stars link. 

The original registration for Ylopo and Priority lead alerts will be under the notes. Same with all Automated ISA Raiya communication. The Stars link will open in a new tab so you can continue to work in Lofty (formerly Chime) and make notes if needed.​
