Now we want to go over the sections of the heat map report to sell your value and how to review the report with the homeowner!
The top section has a photo of a home. Either the stock photo we provide or the one you’ve customized for the address of the home along with your information and headshot. This section is basically you branding yourself next to the home.
Under this, you’ll see the actual live map. Take note this is not re-created in any way and you can move the map around if you like. Also, you’ll notice that the number of buyers you have is provided around the home so that the homeowner can see what you have for them.
We’ve also listed some examples from your database under the heat map and we have grayed out their name and number to protect their identity. You can have your admin pull a reverse look up inside of mission control to contact these buyers should the homeowner hire you.
The bottom left of this form that says unique marketing is information regarding DYVA listing rockets for a small fee we create a video for the listing and provide increased exposure for the homeowner along with a detailed seller marketing report after the ad is finished. This is a great way for you to set your marketing process apart.
To the right of this form is the information provided from Facebook on how many people they say are likely to move that are shopping for a home in that area. The objective of this section is to show that just putting a home on Facebook for free is not the same as having a targeted advertising strategy like the DYVA listing rocket.
The ribbon at the very bottom of the heat map is available to show all of the activity your YLOPO marketing is creating and the purpose of this is to show how much better your marketing strategy is than the others. This information corresponds with your information in mission control.
Lastly, you can print this document from your web browser as the formatting is designed to do so. You can also send a link to this form if the homeowner is not local or you are not able to meet them face-to-face.
