KW Command Filters and SmartView

Create your SmartView by using filters and sorting. These can be created based on multiple filters; some suggestions include tags, stages, last outreach, etc. These automatically refresh and the best practice is to work on your lists daily.

Filters:

1. Above the contacts, click Filters beside the search bar.

2. Filter menu will pop up on the right side of the page. Under tags, search for the Ylopo tag you'd like to add, and then put a checkmark and click apply.

Create SmartViews:

Once you have the filters set up, you can save this as a SmartView. This will allow quick access to that set of filters without having to reset them each time:

1. Click the SmartViews drop-down and select Create SmartView.

2. Type in the name of your SmartView, then click Save SmartView. If you want this to be the view that shows up by default every time you access your contacts, make sure you put a checkmark on Set As Default SmartView.

3. After creating your SmartView, you can access it easily by clicking the SmartView drop-down at the top of your contact list and selecting it.

How to access the Stars link?:

Click on the lead’s name. Scroll down, under the Custom Fields on the lead's profile, you’ll see the Stars link at the bottom left.
