To participate in the ez Referral Program, the following requirements must be met:

1. CRM Compatibility: You must use either Follow Up Boss or kvCORE as your CRM.

2. Contact Management: Maintain updated contact records and adhere to all follow-up protocols.

3. Database Access: Grant ez database manager admin access for lead maintenance and coaching.

4. Training Participation: Complete an online buyer/seller lead training program.

5. Agent Engagement: Ensure agents attend Winning Wednesday sessions for ongoing training and insights.

6. Community Involvement: Teams must participate in ez Community and Conversion Call Nights to stay aligned and connected.

These steps are designed to maximize your team’s success and ensure you get the most out of your partnership with ez Home Search.

Program Details:

• Launch Date: Referral counties go live on 01/01/2025.
• Referral Fee: 25% of closed transactions.
• CRM Requirement: Must use Follow Up Boss or kvCORE/BoldTrail.
• Database Access: Grant ez database manager admin access for lead maintenance and coaching.
• Training Participation: Agent/Teams must:
  • Complete an online buyer/seller lead training program.
  • Attend Winning Wednesday Webinars.
  • Join ez Community & Conversion Call Nights.
• Mortgage Branding: Responsive Mortgage branding will be displayed unless a lender partner is secured.

Option 1: Pay in Full (Best Value!)

• Investment: $4,000 (one-time, 6-month term).
• Benefits:

Optional Add-On: Lender Exclusivity

• Investment: $4,000 (one-time, 6-month term).

Option 2: Month-to-Month Flexibility

• Investment:
  • $500/month without a lender partner (+$500 onboarding fee).
  • $800/month with a lender partner (+$500 onboarding fee).
• Features:
  • 6-month term (not guaranteed).
  • First Right of Refusal if another party shows interest in Full County Exclusivity.
  • 100% of the investment is allocated toward generating referral opportunities.
