By importing your database of buyer leads into Ylopo nurturing, from your CRM, you open up the fastest path to ROI and opportunities to retarget your existing leads with listing alerts, remarketing ads on Facebook, and other long-term nurturing services, such as engagement with RAIYA.

Benefits of a Mass Lead Import

The fastest path to ROI is through Ylopo nurturing your existing leads in a few key ways.

• Dynamic Listing Alerts - Automatically setup your imported leads on a dynamic listing alert that uses their recent search activity as the search criteria. (Note: Leads with saved search data will be set up with an agent-defined or static listing alert rather than dynamic.)
• Remarketing Ads on Facebook - Your Remarketing budget is used to help you stay in front of your leads that can be matched on Facebook. The ads are dynamic and tailored to a lead's search history (i.e., areas they searched at prices they searched).
• Behavioral Texting and RAIYA - When your imported leads return to your Home Search Site, not only do their listing alerts and remarketing ads begin to reflect their searches, but they are also accepting to receive automated texts.

How to Import your Existing Leads into Ylopo

Requirements:

• All leads must be added to your CRM first.
• All leads must have email addresses.

Reminders:

• If you're using Follow Up Boss, LionDesk, Firepoint, and Sierra Interactive, you may import your leads using TAGS or via a CSV file.
• All other CRMs will need to prepare a CSV of the leads you want to be imported.

Once your leads are in your CRM, with good emails, they can be tagged for import based on how you answer these two, yes or no, questions:

1. Do you want your imported leads to receive a Welcome Email?
   • **Important note: Welcome emails are temporary disabled due to some technical issues with their delivery. We will update this article as soon as they’re re-enabled. (08/24/22)**
2. Do you want your imported leads to receive a Listing Alert?
   • If YES, please provide:
     • Location (counties, cities, zip code)
     • Price Range (minimum to maximum)
     • Bedrooms (minimum)
     • Bathrooms (minimum)

NOTE: Property Type cannot be customized during Mass Lead Imports. The default Property Type/s of the party will always be used. You can check the default property type/s by going to their HSS and do a sample search, or to their leads' stars links and do a sample search.

After you share your responses with our Support Team, you will be given further instructions, including any tags that can be added to your leads in your CRM for quick importing once you "Go Live" on the Ylopo system.

Example: Remarketing Ads on Facebook

If your budget includes Remarketing ($100 for every 1,000 leads), we can remarket to leads that are matched in Facebook with targeted ads, which update based on lead search history. Branded ads can also be included, which highlight the business and are updated seasonally.

Example: Ylopo Mass Lead Import Tags

Based on how you answer the questions 1) Do you want leads to receive a Welcome Email and 2) Do you imported leads to receive a listing alert, will determine which tags to be added to your tag-based CRM. **Please note, only one import tag may be added per lead. And, if you are in setup, please do not add tags unless instructed by your Implementation Specialist.**

The options for your Y_IMPORT tags are as follows:

1. Y_IMPORT - YES listing alerts (based on algorithmically produced criteria), YES welcome email
2. Y_IMPORT_RETARGETING - NO listing alerts, NO welcome email, remarketing only essentially
3. Y_IMPORT_WITHOUT_SEARCH - NO listing alerts, YES welcome email
4. Y_IMPORT_WITHOUT_WELCOME_EMAIL - YES listing alerts (based on algorithmically produced criteria), NO welcome email
5. Y_IMPORT_WITH_DEFAULT_SEARCH - YES listing alerts (default criteria), YES welcome email

**We recommend working closely with your Implementation Specialist (before Go Live) or your Client Success Manager (after Go Live) to make sure the leads are imported correctly.**
