Mass Lead Import: Initial Listing Alert

When importing your leads into Ylopo, you have options on how you want to let the leads know about your new home search site. One of those options is an initial listing alert. Leads receive dynamic listing alerts once registered with your site. They are dynamic because they update based on their engagement with the site. 

By sending an initial listing alert, the lead gets a preview of listings and stimulates interest. It prompts them to begin looking at the site and then register.

To create an initial listing alert, we require search preferences: Number of beds, baths, price minimum/ maximum, city, and state.

Search Option 1.

Use the initial search preferences you provide. (For example: Los Angeles, $500,000 to $1,000,000)

Search Option 2.

Use past saved searches in your CRM. To use this option, send it as part of your CSV export.*

*Not all leads may have past searches, so send search preferences to use as defaults for coverage of all leads.
