When a new Ylopo lead is generated and submitted to RealGeeks there will be a set of default information updated or included:
- Contact info (First Name, Last Name, Phone (if available), Email (if available))
- Start Date
- Source
- 'Ylopo' - Buyer type lead, generated via Facebook or Adwords marketing
- 'Ylopo Seller' - Seller type lead
- 'Ylopo LSA' - Buyer/Seller type lead generated via Google LSA or Facebook C2C
- 'Home Valuation (Ylopo)' - Lead generated on the Home Valuation tool on a client's Ylopo branded website
- 'Open House (Ylopo)' - Lead generated on the Open House tool on a client's Ylopo branded website
- 'Branded Website' - Lead generated on any other lead capture forms on a client's Ylopo branded website
- Tags
- Based on currently-supported tags
- Registration Note
- Includes Stars URL that links to the full Ylopo-side set of tools and features, as well as brief lead data absorbed during initial registration with info in Lead Type, Ad Platform, Time Frame etc.
Ylopo leads will generate events as they engage with the automated texting, listing alerts, and home search sites as managed through the lead's associated Stars profile. When leads interact with these tools in specific ways we will generate Notes on the lead profile in RealGeeks. Specifically, Ylopo will send through lead events for priority lead activities which will cause the following to occur on the lead's RealGeeks profile:
- Include a Note in the RG lead profile Activity History section with an overview of the lead engagement (either on the home search site, AI text response, listing alert/marketing engagement, etc.)
- Generate a priority alert email and text message to be sent out via email or text to the assigned agent
- This outbound Ylopo communication is based on the currently-assigned Agent's contact info, as Ylopo syncs that agent's `email` and `phone_cell` data to power the email/SMS delivery

- Add a `ypriority` tag to the lead
Within the Activity History section those Ylopo priority event Notes will look like:
Similar to the priority activities leads also generate listing-specific engagements that would be considered 'HANDRAISER' activities. These would be leads that request more information or to schedule a showing for a particular listing on the Ylopo home search site and Ylopo marketing. This would appear as a Note on the lead's RealGeeks profile and generate the following:
- Include a Note in the RealGeeks lead Activity History section with an overview of the lead engagement (either on the home search site, AI text response, listing alert/marketing engagement, etc.)
- Generate a HIGH priority alert message to be sent out via email or text to the assigned agent
- This outbound Ylopo communication is based on the currently-assigned Agent's contact info, as Ylopo syncs that agent's `email` and `phone_cell` data to power the email/SMS delivery
- Add a `handraiser` tag to the lead.
- Add a Property Viewed activity for that listing
Within the Activity History section those Ylopo Handraiser events will look like:
The Ylopo home search site engagements are added to the RealGeeks lead profile as leads view listings sent from listing alerts, linked directly via Ylopo marketing, or browsed directly on the Ylopo search site. Those listings appear in a few distinct ways on the RealGeeks side:
- Property Views are added in the Properties section
- Property Favorites are added in the Favorites section
- Property Info/Showing requests added in Requests/Notes section
Once these Properties are added to the RG Lead profile they are tallied into the 'Props' count and update the 'Price' average as well. This data can be viewed within the Leads List section for a high-level overview of the property engagements:
These listing engagements would also be reflected on the Stars profile for the lead
The recorded lead engagements in Stars are reflected on the RealGeeks lead profile so that the two systems can remain in sync. The home search site experience is managed on the Stars Profile for the lead and this is where a user would configure new Push Alerts, Listing Alerts to be sent to the lead, view an entire history of lead search site activity (logins, viewed listings, favorited listings, etc) and engage in Text Message communication as well.
Ylopo offers a suite of AI texting tools as well, colloquially known as Raiya Texting, which can be implemented for clients with a Ylopo and RealGeeks integration. These texts activities, both outbound texts sent from the AI texting/agent direct texting, and inbound texts received from the lead, will be included on the lead's RealGeeks profile within the 'SMS' section:
Lead replies in the 'Sent Text' activities are denoted with 'From: [Lead Name] at [Timestamp]' so inbound replies can be differentiated from outbound AI-generated, or agent initiated, texts to the lead. The full text history is also available in the Ylopo Stars profile:
