How to setup Smart Lists in your CRM
Start by adding a Filter with the tag for the smart list you want to add. For our example, we used Click to Call- All Leads, so we filtered by the tag YLOPO_FB_C2C.
Once all the filters are applied, select the New List option indicated by the plus sign at the top right. A window will pop up to name and save the list. If you have a team, there will be the option to share the list with them.
For assistance with filtering leads and adding smart lists in other CRMs, see the articles below:
How To Work These Smart Lists
Click to Call- All Leads: In this view, you can see all your Click to Call leads in one place.
Click to Call- Hot Leads: These leads have already been qualified by our call center. For unsuccessful tagged leads the transfer was unsuccessful at the time of the leads outreach. Contact these leads immediately since they expressed an interest and attempted contact. Although successful leads were transferred, it is important to maintain contact and follow up.
Click to Call- Cold Leads: These leads do not require follow-up. We have disqualified these leads based on one of the marked dispositions.
