Lead: Unconverted. They registered on our website, but you or your inside sales agent (ISA) hasn't spoken to them yet.
Hot: Leads you are obsessed with since they'll transact soon.
Warm: There is something here, but the lead has some kind of blocker and as such, you can't let them get in the way of your priority leads.
Cold: The person was nice and seems to want to buy one day, but either isn't sure or is more than 9 months out.
Closed: Past clients that have used your services.
