Tagging
For individual leads, you can import by adding the desired tag. To do this in Liondesk, select the lead and then select more on the top left side. This menu will provide a drop-down of all available tags to add the one you want.
Alternatively, you can add leads en mass. Starting at the contacts tab, select the checkbox of the lead you want to add individually or select the check box at the top to select all. Next to the select all check box is an arrow. The arrow provides the option for all leads or the leads on the current page only.
Once you have made your lead selection, the next step is to add the tag. Click on the menu indicated by the three dots at the top. The option to Add Tags is now available.
A window will pop up with an option to add or remove tags to the leads selected. Locate the tag you want to add or remove and select save.
Export
If you need an export of your leads, Liondesk can provide this for you. On the contact tab under filters is the Export button. You can choose between saving as a CSV or XLSX. When selecting the data range, the choices are between the current window and all contacts.
You will receive a confirmation email when it is completed.
