For Ylopo, the lead agent assignment is pulled from the information in your CRM. In Chime, similar to other CRMs, you have the option of assigning the lead to a pond. How pond lead assignment works with Ylopo is that lead notifications are different from regular single agent assignments. Instead, all the agents in the pond with contact information set up in Chime will receive emails and texts for priority alerts.
When reaching out to the lead in Stars, listing alerts, texting, pushing listings, the assigned agent will be pulled by Chime, according to which is pulled first at that time.
Once a lead is assigned to an individual agent and removed from the pond, Ylopo will sync the lead to the agent's contact information and ensure the pond assignment is no longer utilized.
