Welcome to your Google LSA dashboard! The dashboard can be accessed here: https://adwords.google.com/localservices. You will need to be logged into Google using the email address you used when signing up for LSA. If you have difficulty because you are logged into Google under another email address, you might try using an incognito/private browser to log in.
LSA Dashboard Walkthrough
You will access each section of the dashboard through the hamburger menu in the top left corner:
Business Verification
This is where you can see the steps of the LSA onboarding process, and any outstanding items that haven’t been completed. You can also click on each of these steps for more information about what is still required. Green = Passed, Red = Failed, Blue = Pending Actions:
Leads
This is where you can see a record of your calls from LSA. There are several sections to manage those call recordings:
You can access the call recording by clicking on the phone number:
If you’re in the Archive section, you can also see why the call is there after clicking into it. For example, you might see the message ‘This lead has not been charged’ if it was a missed call or under 30 seconds, or ‘Your request for credit is being reviewed’ if we’ve disputed the call and we’re waiting for Google to approve the dispute:
Reports
This is where you can see some performance data such as budget spent, number of leads charged, and average cost per lead. You can choose the time frame for the data you'd like to see:
Reviews
You must have at least one review for Google to start serving your LSA. These reviews are gathered either through a direct review link specifically for your LSA or by connecting your GMB (Google My Business) to your LSA so that the GMB reviews display on the ad. Reviews collected through the direct LSA review link will only be displayed on your LSA, but reviews collected on your GMB will display both on your GMB and LSA.
Profile & Budget
There are a number of editable sections here, some that you can edit and some that have to be updated through Ylopo and our Google rep.
In the top section, you can turn the ad on or pause it, but please notify Ylopo at lsa@ylopo.com if you'd like to pause or restart your LSA so that we can manage this for you. You can also edit the Business Bio info. All other details like Home City, Phone, and Website have to be updated through Ylopo by Google.
The next section allows you to set the budget and job types. NOTE: Please reach out to Ylopo at lsa@ylopo.com if you'd like to make any changes to your LSA budget. For Job Types, we automatically turn off Property management, Rentals, and Other, but you can choose to limit this further.
Next, you can choose to add additional photos in the Photos section, but it is not required. The headshot is required for the ad. We will not turn on Message Leads in the Settings section by default, but you can choose to turn this on if you would like to receive these leads as well as phone calls. We recommend downloading the Google Local Services Ads app if you choose to turn this on so that you can respond to the messages on your mobile device. You can also choose to list additional team members in the Professionals section. You will need to send us the team members’ names and license information so that we can add them.
Finally, we have the Service Areas and Business Hours. You are able to edit both of these sections, but feel free to reach out to us if you'd like assistance with making the change. The call option will not appear on your ad outside of your set Business Hours.
Note: The areas shaded in red on the map don’t always accurately represent the areas you cover, so it is best to click the pencil edit icon to see the areas listed out.
