Google has released a new and innovative product that will have your business at the forefront of Google searches. Ylopo manages Google Local Service Ads, which is a banner ad featured in the search results for those who are searching for real estate agents in their area.
You are placed above SEO, Google Adwords, and Google My Business on the search results. People searching for a top real estate agent typically have a very specific reason for their search. This specific need results in a regular stream of bottom of funnel seller leads as well as generating new buyer leads.

Power User Tip
Use a call distribution number so that multiple people can have a chance to answer. Answer rates are very important! Many CRMs have this feature embedded in their platform or you can purchase other software to help like Callaction.co, Grasshopper, or RingCentral.
