Power User Tip
When a person engages your Homebot report that is in your Ylopo-Homebot account, the tag “Homebot_Engaged” is added to the lead. This gives you very granular information on which leads you should be calling about their home value!
How To Access the Data Within Homebot
In Mission Control:
1. Click on "visit Homebot" under the Marketing Tab...
...or go to https://admin.homebotapp.com/login.
2. Enter your email address and you will receive a “magic link” to login via your email address. Use the same email address as you do for Ylopo.
This will prompt a login link to be sent to your email.
2. Once you click on the email magic link you’ll be able to set your password.
If you're unable to login, please contact support at support@ylopo.com. You may be using a different email address that we have on record for you.
Please Note: Each Ylopo team is associated with one Homebot email address. If an admin wants to allow their agents to log into Homebot, they will need to share this email and password information with their agents. The Ylopo Homebot integration will not have separate logins/Homebot accounts per agent.
What the Consumer Sees When They Receive a Homebot Digest
We immediately email sellers a homeowner nurture email. We send these weekly, bi-weekly, monthly.
When a homeowner clicks on the Homebot graphic, they will immediately see the value of their home with a highly accurate Automated Valuation Model (AVM). In addition, they see the actual worth of their home based on mortgage data on this property. If they want to adjust this they can by selecting the Tune Value button.
Consumers see how much they have paid to principal and interest.
Consumers see how changing their mortgage directly impacts savings.
