In the instance that you would like to delete a Saved Search (and therefore prevent any Listing Alerts for that search ever being sent to a lead), here's how you can do that in Stars.
1. Click the Stars link in the lead profile of your CRM or in the Priority Alert that you received for that lead. This will take you to the lead's Stars page.
2. Scroll down to the Saved Search and Listing Alerts section. The Listing Alerts tab will show all the searches that could generate Listing Alerts for that lead.
Click Edit for the Saved Search that you would like to delete.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the Listing Alert criteria and click Delete.
A small window will pop up asking you if you are sure you would like to delete the search. Click Ok to confirm.
Note editing listing alerts removes the dynamic functionality.
