Integrating Lenders into Homebot:

There are many benefits of adding your lender to Homebot, and we highly recommend it!  Here are some value props related to lenders:

• An amazing opportunity to create many EASY refi conversations!
• This integration will help your lenders add more value to the lead conversation, for example, “let’s talk about the equity in your home that you can use for your next purchase…”.
• Every time a lead interacts with Homebot, the Lender also receives an “Early Warning” Notification that a lead is potentially interested in EITHER Refinancing or Selling (and needs to Pre-Qualify for the next home purchase).

NOTE: Due to RESPA and co-marketing your lender will need to set up their OWN lender account with Homebot.  Please inquire with Homebot about fees.

• Click on the co-sponsor link in the top navigation

• Add your lender with the form on the bottom and make sure they accept the invite.
