The Push Listing feature allows you to send hand-selected listings or the results of a custom search via text or email. You can also add a personalized message along with it.
If you'd like to save certain criteria so that you don't have to re-create the search every time you want to do a push listing to a particular lead, you'll be able to do that easily in Stars.

Your first step will be to go to your lead's Stars file.
Once there, you'll click on "Create Push Listing(s)".
From there, enter in the search criteria you'd like to save, beginning with "Search By: Area(s)" and working your way through whichever price points, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. that you'd like to save.
As you enter in criteria, you'll see the number of matching listings update at the top of the page. When you are done selecting the criteria, click on "See Listings", just to the right.
If this is the search that you would like to save to send future push listings, click on "Save List" in the top right.
A window will then pop up, where you can rename the saved search if you like. (If you check off the box labeled "Also Save as Search Alert", this will save it as a listing alert that will automatically go out to the lead as new listings meet those criteria.)
Don't forget to click "Save List"!
Now, you'll notice that the next time you go to "Create Push Listing(s)" for that lead, the search that you saved will be a "Saved List" that you can then Edit and Send to the lead.
You can create as many Saved Lists as you would like, and that shortcut will be waiting for you!
