Firepoint: How to Find and Sort Ylopo Leads

Learn how to identify and sort Ylopo Leads and also find Ylopo Priority Leads using tags.

Identify and Sort Ylopo Leads

From the Firepoint Dashboard menu, on the top left of the page, select the menu icon to have an extended options menu appear. Then scroll down to "Company Leads" and click it to see all the Leads in the company, not just those assigned to a particular Agent. 

From this window, select the "Filter Leads" icon from the top right corner of the page. A "Filter Leads" window will pop open, where you can now choose from four Ylopo Lead Sources including:

• Home Valuation (Ylopo) - Registered on Branded Site from Home Valuation Tool
• Open House (Ylopo) - Registered on Branded Site from Open House Tool
• Ylopo - Buyer Leads
• Ylopo Seller - Seller Leads

After "Lead Source" has been selected, scroll down and click "Apply." You will be taken to a list of Leads sorted by the source value you selected. The default "Sort by" on this page is "Created Date." There are several other useful "Sort by" filters on this page to help you find the newest Leads, including:

• Name
• Agent Assigned
• Status
• Last Contact
• Buyer Timeframe
• Selling Timeframe
• Listing Price
• Lead Source
• Last Login
• Last Lead Inquiry
• Last Lead Action

And a few other sort options to help you sort Leads more efficiently.

Once you click into a Leads profile you will be able to see a Lead's latest activity and select their "Stars Link" to view activity in Stars.

Find Priority Leads Using Tags

Tags for Leads can be found on the left pane of the Lead's page. If a Lead is determined to be a "High Priority Lead," based on a range of relevant factors, the Lead will automatically receive the "YPRIORITY" tag in Firepoint when they trigger a priority action.

You can also filter Leads and search for a specific tag in Firepoint. Select the "Filter Leads" icon from the top right corner of the page. A "Filter Leads" window will pop open. From here you can search for the tag you wish to filter for, including the Ylopo "HANDRAISER" tag, which is for Leads that have expressed an interest in a property listed on your Home Search Site. After you hit "Apply" you'll get a list of Leads sorted by the criteria you specified.

Note: In the example below, the user has a filter for Ylopo "Sources" and has applied an additional filter for "Tags."
