Marked with Priority Lead Alert at top of activity with lead information such as name, phone number and what generated lead activity. 

Can expand to see links: 

• See script ideas
• Get contact for the support team
• See leads phone number and address was requested for
• Get URL from where was requested for

Task is also auto-generated for agent currently assigned in Liondesk with a due date. Here you can edit the task. Within the task you can edit the category, add notes, edit the description, reassign, edit the reminder, and update the due date.
