Ylopo Mass Lead Importing and FUB

Ylopo's Mass Lead Import process allows you to add any and all leads from your FUB account into the Ylopo backend, generating a Stars file for the lead with custom handling based on your preference for auto-generating Listing Alerts or having no listing alerts. Those Listing Alerts are instant/daily/weekly sent emails containing matching new or updated listings from your Ylopo Search Site, based on search criteria pulled from FUB data for the lead.

The Stars link creation, and syncing of the FUB <> Stars lead files, is powered by the use of Y_IMPORT tags that are applied to your leads in FUB.

If you apply any of the following tags to a lead that was generated < 48 hours prior (2 days old) then the lead will be added without the need for Ylopo manual processing. This will function the same as our auto-importing capabilities which can be applied to new Realtor.com/Zillow/Trulia leads etc.

If you apply any of the following tags to a lead that was generated > 48 hours prior then we will need to 'kick off' a mass lead import process to pull in all older leads into Stars using the logic referenced below. This is the most common situation.

Before adding any tags though, it is recommended you reach out to Ylopo support ([e-mail]) to add a default criteria for Listing Alert generation in case your tagged leads do not have sufficient search data in FUB to algorithmically-generate a Listing Alert search. Ylopo is able to customize the following aspects of your default searches:

• Property type (single family, townhouse, condo, mobile home etc)
• Price range (min price/max price)
• Beds (min)
• Baths (min)
• Location (city, neighborhood, subdivision, zipcode)

The importing tags are as follows:

1. Y_IMPORT_RETARGETING - This means the lead will get NO welcome email and NO initial listing alert, just the Ylopo remarketing dynamic targeted ads on Facebook.
2. Y_IMPORT - Sends the lead an initial listing alert email. This tag allows you to use property inquiries (where available) to set up search criteria. The default search criteria will be used as a fallback for leads without inquiry events in the CRM.
3. Y_IMPORT_WITH_DEFAULT_SEARCH - Sends the lead both the initial listing alert and a welcome email, but only uses the default search criteria that you provide.

* All leads imported into Stars are eligible for remarketing.
