Bulk Actions in LionDesk

LionDesk's "Bulk Actions" allows you to send emails, text, call (and more) to several leads at once.

First, from the Contacts page, select your desired leads by clicking the check boxes at the far left of the page. To select all leads, and click the box in the column header. You can also use Filters to create the perfect list!

From there, click the Bulk Actions button and choose the desired action. Keep in mind that your email limit for LionDesk is typically 15,000 per month and your regular text message limit is 1,000 per month, although you can increase these limits with add-ons.

Note: Ylopo Contacts should never be deleted.  

Just to the right of Bulk Actions is the PowerDialer option. This is a single-line dialer add-on feature that's either $59 per month or $149 for 3 months of use. If you select a number of contacts and press this button, a new window will open. 

To initiate the PowerDialer, press Start Session, and you'll receive a call to your cell phone to connect you. You'll begin dialing by clicking Start Next Call and end with End Current Call. You can also skip calls and can update your contacts as you call with notes, tasks, and emails. When completely done, click End Session to return to LionDesk.

In New Liondesk there is the same option to select bulk actions.

It does appear differently similar to how the filter option does. Here are the bulk options. If you need to have a lead removed from Ylopo let us know so we may remove the Stars link and then remove the lead from your CRM.
